Freeze the cup, pour in a cold drink, and gently squeeze. No blender, no ice cubes, no electricity.
Place the clean, dry cup in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or overnight, until the inner core is completely frozen.
Add juice, soda, iced tea, lemonade, or a smoothie. A well-chilled, smooth drink without fruit pieces works best.
Put the lid on and gently squeeze the cup for 60 to 90 seconds. The cold turns your drink into a creamy slushy.
